Graphic Design USA is also a good one, AND it’s free! But unlike many of those you have listed, when you enter a design competition, they charge an additional fee of $250 per winning entry to be published. A huge let down because when you enter, the fees are very reasonable and there is no mention of the extra $1,750 bucks we’ll need to shell out if we want the 7 projects in the annual/website. OK, that’s my rant. I still think it’s great for a free pub.
